Every basic attack reduces the cooldown by 1 second, up to 2 seconds while Feint holds.
Oh, my bad. Then Mobafire's Ki Strike is wrong.

I wasn't talking about the CD reduction :)
If you read Ki Strike it's written "Whenever Shen hits an enemy champion with a basic attack", whereas it actually should be "Whenever Shen hits an enemy champion or minion with a basic attack" (this is what's written in game).
Note that it actually works on neutral monsters.

You definitly should pick up AS marks + AS Quints, otherwise your clear speed just sucks. I also use scaling CDR Glyphs and scaling HP seals. Shen scales best with HP and scaling CDR is always great. In the jungle, try to time your shield so you can use 2 auto attacks, this way, your passive is faster off CD. Also, if you start golems, even with that runes, you don't need to use health pots at all with a good leash. The masteries I use with Shen here are 4/21/3.
Actually yes just changed my quints and glyphs to your suggestion and now he does his job amazingly. I should've never abandoned Shen, great champ!
Fix'd

You can only reduce your passive's CD when attacking champions.
