Best Top Laner?

She's capable of snowballing the game, which means that every top lane player should learn her just in case you see someone lock a "Free win for Akali" champion. So good. I'm terrible at Akali and I still play her, because I know when I learn her it will benefit me greatly. I would put Olaf in tier 2 because the jungle rework really fucked him. He wants to 1v1 and have a long even sustained fight where he can leech life with W/lifesteal item and bomb away with E. That was feasable before, but now the jungle got reworked and people are in your damn lane all day D: I think Vlad is really good against "Slow starter" top lanes, but he gets shit on by Akali and Tryndamere and a few others as well. Most highly aggressive tops with a gap closer and flash can dunk Vlad. Taking Ignite is the slap in the face. Graves and GP would probably do pretty well too, but I'm just guessing, I don't see too much Vlad top lane. Tryn and Akali are the safe bets vrs him ^_^ If Vlad goes Heal/ghost though, or maybe even Heal/Ignite, I can see him being able to win a lot of lanes, and at least being able to lane against 70-80% of top lane picks, which means he's a solid and fairly safe pick.[/quote]
