Bard the Dominator [7.10]
Try to get Luden's as fast as you can, its a great way to poke in early-game.
Use attack-speed to get your meeps out. Rapidfire is great for chasing enemies since it triggers Meeps, ludens and rylais on a great distance, slows and deals good damage.
If the enemys support is a strong tank (Leona, Nautilus) make sure to get defense before rushing ludens if you cant win the lane.
