The reason he's so dangerous is because of his early game. While he lacks the damage to all-in you early, he has a point and click 2s root with his W & E. The range on these abilities is slightly higher than your Q so dodging it requires you to be fast. You need to snowball and he is incredibly good at stopping you from doing that. Push the lane in as his early waveclear isn't great. It will force him to use his abilities to waveclear. Either play extremely aggro or farm completely under turret. Rushing tiamat to pressure him is a viable choice in this case. Bringing exhaust can also work better than ignite as he will almost always land a root on you if you go in on him while it's up. Look for kill opportunities elsewhere to help you snowball as you likely won't be doing it in this lane.

Build QSS early to negate his ult. Splitpush constantly. Play it safe and focus on farming up.

Nasus

Gank this lane whenever you can before he gets his ult if you can. You need to deny Nasus his stacks or else he will beat the living crap out of you and your team. Build a hexdrinker against him, you will need it unless your laner manages to deny him CS.

Renekton

He completely beats you out early and almost always mid game unless you're really ahead or he's really behind. Farm under turret and ask for help from the jungler when he's pushed up. Never push the lane up when alone unless you know he's nowhere near your lane or you have the help of other teammates. This is one of the few matchups where maxing out your [[Meditate]] first is viable because you will never be engaging until late game. If you can help it though, try to put points in your other offensive abilities so you're more useful in teamfights should one occur. However, your priority is staying alive so if you feel like you need to put a point into [[Meditate]] don't hesitate to do so.

Jax

Jax completely fucks you over early, mid, and late. Never engage unless his [[Counter Strike]] is down and you know you can kill him or push him out of lane before it comes back up. Always farm under turret and ask for help from your jungler. If your jungler is waiting nearby for a signal to engage, target Jax once he uses his [[Counter Strike]] so they know it's safe for them to engage so Jax doesn't end up landing a stun on both of you.

Tryndamere

Pre-6 you beat him but once he hits Lvl. 6 and gets [[Undying Rage]] he becomes a huge threat. After that only engage when his ult is on cooldown or you're extremely ahead and can rush in, ult and burst him down to push him out of lane and then rush back out because you probably can't tank the full duration of his ult. Ask for help from teammates who have CC so they can lock him down right before his ult ends.

Master Yi

It really is just going to come down to who is more ahead. Yi is a squishy champ so crit works really well against him. Build lifesteal and crit if you want to have a chance of winning a matchup and make sure you get the first hit.
