Welcome!
Hi! Welcome to the guide! Fiddlesticks is one of those champions. You don't pick him, but instead once you try him you are hooked. The playstyle, the voice lines, everything. I enjoyed playing old Fiddlesticks, and the rework is infinitely better. All the things that Fiddlesticks used to do he still can, but now he is stronger and more skill expressive too! After much testing, I have here compiled all my findings.

Keystones
The runes Fiddlesticks uses are different for each position. The great thing is that he can use all of the rune trees, and his build can be modified off of team needs, and your own agenda. Each position has its own needs as well, so each tree has its own best position.
These are the three best keystones on fiddlesticks, and they work in every position. There are a few other keystones, but they only work for specific positions. Here they are if you are interested:
-Stronger early ganks
-Oppressive support
-Easier kiting vs assassins
-%max health poke
-Strong antipoke support
-More crowd control

| Aftershock gives you a huge burst of survivability after a good ulti. | Electrocute gives you a very strong burst through the early game. | Dark Harvest makes your burst incredibly strong in the mid to lategame if you have been efficiently stacking it. |

Fiddlesticks has a pretty standard core as far as mages go.
Runic Echoes, similar to the Luden's Tempest, increases your burst. Zhonya's Hourglass allows you to ult into a large group of enemies with little to no risk of death. Obilivion Orb, due to its flat magic penetration, increases your damage. You do not have to upgrade Oblivion Orb into the Morellonomicon.
