Introduction: Why Play Nasus?
PASSIVE: Soul Eater
Nasus gains life steal beginning at 10 / 15 / 20 percent and increases every six levels. This is extremely useful along with your Q, as you can heal back major damage into the game and can harass in early game if you have the balls to fight your enemy laner before 6.
Q: Siphoning Strike
The core of Nasus' abilities is his Q, which is your main tool for damage and squishing enemies in the game. The technique with his Q is to finish off minions when laning (especially cannon minions) as this will grant him stacks of 3 permanent additional damage (stacking up to however many you want lol). It is important you can farm well and hit your Q's precisely to finish iff minions with it rather than hitting them with your Q early on and losing the creeps to your minions. Once gaining multiple stacks, you can literally 1 Shot KO enemy ADC's and swipe away half of your laner's health - extremely useful as you can peel for damage and deal a **** ton at the same time in team fights.
W: Wither
Upon casting your W on an enemy champion it will slow their movement speed and attack damage. This is useful for fights as well as chasing down enemies when they're running away, but the best part is harassing your enemy laner with this ability. If they are too aggressive or if you are feeling ballsy you can repeatedly cast your W on them, slowing them and annoying the hell out of them at the same time. However, don't be too trigger happy with this ability as it will suck up your mana in early game, so use it wisely.
E: Spirit Fire
When casting your E it will bring down an area on the map near you, causing an initial impact of magic damage in anyone in the desecrated area as well as burning them little by little with the damage. Enemies caught in this ability will also have their armour stripped away, making your E-Q combo a slap so hard to the enemy's face. When fighting and if you want to deal that additional damage, make sure the opposition is within your E range and then hit your Q on them while they are still inside the desecrated area.
R: Fury of the Sands
When using your ult it will empower you for 15 seconds, granting a **** ton of health, magic resistance, armour, range, and not to mention you'll be twice the size of other champions so just give them hell. While empowered, you will also deal magic damage in an aura around you, and cut your Q's cooldown by half - meaning it's time to go insane and button smash your keyboard. When fighting activating your ult is always extremely helpful and can give you the upper hand or turn the fight the other way around. You can also use it when running away and you need the extra health, or you can just use it to show off (don't be that guy).

HERE IT IS, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN - WHAT YOU'VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR...... THE NEW RUNES OF SEASON 8!!!!!
.......And cut the excitement.
Main Path: Sorcery
I love taking sorcery with NAsuss because the amount of damage you can deal is HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAAHA insane. The old nasus was all about movement speed and tank, but new nasus is pffffffffftttttttt DAMAGE (and MS too unfortunately).
Your Keystone should be Phase Rush - exactly like how Stormraider's Surge was, except better. Instead of dealing a percentage of the enemy's health within a limited time to gain extra movement speed, you just hit them 3 times and BOOM fast as lightning - extremely helpful with Nasus as he is a little slow. Next choose The Ultimate Hat. Your ult cooldown is lowered, and every time you use it it is lowered even further. So go ham on spamming your R as you gain the advantage on the enemy with your massive health and tankiness and you will take no damage. Next I would recommend taking Transcendence. You will gain 10% CDR once reaching level 10, and anything excessive will become adaptive AD/AP. This extra CDR will be helpful to you as Nasus, as you want your Q to be on the lowest cooldown it can be as this is your main damage dealer in fights. Finally take Scorch - your first ability hit every 20s would burn champions - again, helpful with your Q and to gain additional damage.
Secondary Path: Resolve
Now we can't go FULL damage with Nasus, so taking Resolve as your secondary path will be helpful. HOWEVER, you can take Domination and take healing pathways, but I would still suggest Resolve. Take Overgrowth and Conditioning; you gain permanent max. health when monsters or minions die around you, making it excellent when you lane and it will slowly add up. Additionally, after 10 minutes you will gain +8 armour and MR and gain 5% more - adding to your late game tankiness potential.
With these two pathways you should be more than prepared to play Nasus, so have fun! :)
